Saturday June 2, 2018, our Integral Yoga Hong Kong sangha welcomed 11 newly graduated Yoga teachers. After having completed 10 months of intense yoga training, both on the physical and the vital, emotional, intellectual and spiritual layers, they have emerged as teachers, ready to embark on their respective journeys. 

Integral Yoga is an inwardly-focused Yoga teacher training that nurtures a personal practice, provides a full experience in Integral Yoga's six branches, and helps students become knowledgable and professional yoga teachers. 

Congratulations teachers! It has been a pleasure to meet you and an honour to serve you!
